As the fall approaches I’m getting ready to plan out next years IT budget and the question is what to do with our aging computers, or more importantly, do we lease new ones or take it on as a capitol expediter? I spent a number of years in the commercial IT business and dealt with several businesses that had very strong opinions on the issue. Usually these opinions are driven by the economics of their particular industry. But the economics of church is very different.
I’d love to hear what other churches are doing and reasons for either option.
